So my employer offers a program called Voya travel assist - it will help you with emergencies when you are more than 100 miles from home. Has anyone here used something like this before? What could I expect from a service like this? Thank you.

Who knows?? Read the fine print. Isn't Voya the new name for ING financial? You read the policy and sees what it says. Unless someone here has the same coverage, no one can comment on it.
