I have searched on-line but want to make sure I am not missing something.. We do not need a visa this year to travel (Europe)? Thx in advance.

If you have a U.S. passport you do not need a visa.
MasterCard is fine. (LOL)

The new ETIAS system (the de facto Visa) system has again been delayed to some time in 2024, so will not be required this year.

What Is the EU ETIAS for U.S. Citizens?
ETIAS is an electronic travel authorization, also known as a visa waiver, for Europe. The system is currently under development— it will be operational from 2024.
As a U.S. citizen, you will need ETIAS to visit European Schengen countries on vacation or business trips.
