I am trying to find out if the Gallery Borghese is open on Monday afternoons. All the guide books say they are closed on Mondays, but I saw somewhere that they are now open Monday afternoons from 1-5pm. Any help??

I went on line to www.galleriaborghese.it and it shows tickets for sale on Mondays which was certainly a surprise. I'd say if you can successfully buy a ticket for a Monday you're good to go! Let the board know how this shakes out. Also, this post would be better on the To the Boot section.
