Last week my iPhone 6 stopped uploading the all the websites videos. I have watched them for years successfully. Did I accidentally push something or did RS offices stop supporting the iPhone 6 service? Downloading has been spotty in the last month. Everything else in the RS site works fine. Thanks.

Thanks for your ideas. First thing I did was to reboot the phone-several times. Just checked the memory. Only using a small part of it. Ironically the biggest “chunk” is the RS app. Any more ideas are whole heartedly welcome.

I’m no expert but I’ve had apps go bonkers after IOS updates. You may want to delete the app and re-load it.

I have received an answer to this problem from Andrew at RS office. The iPhone 6 is not being updated by Apple. To get videos on this site press on the name of the show you want to see by the triangle you normally press. It transfers you to the outside video app. Not a technical explanation but it works. Thanks Andrew. Guess Apple wants me to buy a newer iPhone. HaHa. Rather spend $$ on travel.
