Does Rick's Veloce Travel Pack fit the requirement for a carry on bag? It doesn't seem to say in the product description. I'd imagine it does since it's a backpack, but I'm must making sure before I purchase it.
The listed dimensions are 13.5 x 4 x 17 inches. Overstuffed to the point of rigidity it should still fit within a "sizer" box unless it's overweight. As an example, USAirways allows a carryon of dimensions 14 x 9 x 22 inches, weighing up to 40 pounds. Most European carriers have a lower weight limit, sometimes even on itineraries originating from North America. Lufthansa allows a carryon 55 x 40 x 20 cm (21.6 x 15.7 x 7.8 inches) weighing 8 kg (17.6 pounds).
I've had my carryons weighed a few times, so take the weight limit seriously in addition to the size limits.
Thanks for the reply.
