VAT Refund on Airfare

Can you get a VAT refund for airfare between EU counties? I am flying Berlin - Krakow on Airberlin and Krakow - Prague on LOT. Tickets were purchased online.

Nope !!! VAT is only refundable on goods taken out of the country. Not on services or products consumed within the country.
