A few tour companies that always get mention on here like context Rome or through eternity,have great reviews,but has anybody used Viator for doing tours in Rome

Hi Juan,I have booked 3 tours with them in September. I read good reviews about them before booking. I'll let you know when I get back lol

Viator does not do tours, they sell tours for other companies, and you are probably paying more for your tour than if you booked it yourself. Why deal with a middleman? Read some of the reviews on here and on Trip Advisor about why this is not a good idea. Rick lists tours in his book, so you can check those out, but if you go to Trip Advisor, you can read up to date reviews for just about all the tours available. Visit the websites and see who offers a tour that fits your interests, your schedule and budget.
