Using travel insurance vouchers from Travel guard for a 2021 trip.

I have booked a flight to the UK for June 2021 using points + fees and taxes. (I'm dual UK/USA citizen and have time built in to do quarantine if necessary). I was attempting to buy trip insurance using the Travel guard website and realized that there was no place to submit the voucher code that I got from canceling my 2020 European trip. Apparently, you have to call the company to use the voucher, and its sent to another department for approval within 5-7 days.

I also have an e-voucher from Travel Guard that I plan to use for my next European trip. I have until September 2022 to use it. I’m not surprised you have to call the company to use it.
Hope your trip happens next year. It’s good that you have the time for a possible quarantine.
