Using iPhone Walking Tours

Do I need an International Data plan on my iPhone to use all of the Rick Steves Audio Tour files that I have downloaded from home? My provider told me it will depend on how much data each file uses when I listen to it. Do the walking tours use data? If yes, how do I calculate how much?

No, once you have downloaded the audio files, they do not require a data connection to use
