US Passport Renewal

We mail them together. We did use separate checks. I don't remember any directions either way. What is your concern ????

I would put the paper work for each individuals passport app into an individual envelope, and the put all those envelopes into one larger mailer ( unless the State dept website directs otherwise)

If you mail them together, you should even get lucky and they will have consecutive numbers and identical expiration dates. Both in one envelop with separate checks should work fine, did for us (until they were sent back separately because we omitted our signatures!)

Thank you for your responses. The forms are in the mail in one envelope. Now we wait for the new passports.

Received our new passports today, 15 days after mailing them - priority mail and no special handling.
