does anyone know if the salzburg card also covers the bus to take you to the untersberg cable car? is the cable car worthwhile for the views, etc...? thanks for helping out.

don't know about the bus but it is worth the trip and have a beer at the top in the little mountain cafe. We saw a rescue group practicing with St Bernard rescue dogs! It was great.

I was just there in August 07. It was wonderful. I don't know if the card covers the bus ride but it is worth the trip. Take some good shoes because the path along the mountains is gravel. It was amazing !!
I went on the 8am tram up the mountain and I'm glad I did because the clouds moved in later.
