Understanding DB train site and days excluded

Planning my trip and went to the DB site looking at particular train travel routes. They display "DAYS OF SERVICE" and I am having a hard time as to how they separate days and months. For example it is written ......not 1.,8.,9.,20. May, 15. Aug

Can someone tell me is the 15 th part of May or Aug. Actually I have to travel May 15th and wondering if the train runs that day or are they stating the 15th of Aug is when it's not running . The is no punctuation after the word Aug in the listing.

Thank you for any insight into this confusing notation on their site which I can't find one to ask them.

European Date and time convention:

Mon. 11. Mar 2024 (or 11/3/2024) to them means Monday March 11, 2024 (3/11/2024) in US convention.

Your travel will be on 15/5/2024. 15th day of 5th Month (May) 2024.

Europe also uses a 24 hour clock... 09:55 - 14:22 in Europe means it departs at 9:55am (US) and arrives at 2:22 PM (US).

Have fun.

Just put the day you want to travel in the DB travel planner. If the train isn't running, it won't show up on the schedule.

Thank you for replying although I believe it does not answer my question. Listed under DAYS OF SERVICE when scanning the DB site it states NOT EVERY DAY MO-FR; not 1., 8., 9., 20. MAY, 15. Aug

I am asking is the 15th part of the month of May or month of Aug? Are they putting the month after the days?

I hope I did not misunderstand your reply to me.

Where do you want to go and from where at what time?

Your question was not answered. The train in question is running on 15 May but not running on 15 Aug...stated quite clearly. It is a religious holiday 15 Aug.

"NOT EVERY DAY MO-FR; not 1., 8., 9., 20. MAY, 15. Aug"

Basically it means it runs Mondays to Fridays, but not on the 1, 8, 9th and 20ieth of May, and ont on the 15th of August.

But anyway, just put the actually date you are travelling in the planner, and only trains that actually run will show up. You normally do not have to worry about this.

"Are they putting the month after the days?"

Yes. Always. That is how it is done in Europe.

"I have to travel May 15th and wondering if the train runs that day"

If the train shows up when you search a rout for that day, then it runs on that day.

Thank you all. I wanted it to be perfectly clear to prevent any mishaps during our 3 week travels. You answered with clarity and good yo know that if the train is not running that day it won’t be posted.
