Ok, heres the deal. A friend and I want to live in spain for hopefully a year. We know about all the visas, done a lot of research. There have got to be ways to live "illegaly" so we can stay longer than 90 days without getting caught. Ways to get around re-entry laws so we can still travel. I mean people do it all the time here in the U.S. Can someone point me in the "right" direction to do so?
If you're plan to go traveling through Europe, keep in mind there are no border checks between states here. Your chances of getting in trouble in Europe are much higher and you could be barred from ever coming back. You'll have to decide if it's worth risking not being able to return to Europe for the rest of your life.
You are asking people to tell you how to violate the laws of another democratic country? Sorry. It is a criminal act to do what you want. It is a criminal act to provide material assistance to a criminal act. worse, someone here helping you will probably be breaking U.S. (or Canadian if appropriate) laws by doing so.
Want to live in Spain for a year? Do it legally. Or make a return trip every 3 months.
It's probably not something I would do or advise. If you can legally obtain the required documentation, that is absolutely the way to go!!
It looks to me like a 1 year visa costs in the area of $92 to $100. To me that sounds much better than using the nightly people trafficing services between Spain and Morocco every 90 days...
