Two Weeks in Late April – Eastern Europe or Split with Greece (Nafplio)?

Hi everyone :)
We’ll be travelling from 20 April to 5 May next year and are deciding between two options:
Spend the full two weeks in Eastern Europe — thinking Ljubljana, Lake Bled, Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Krakow, and possibly Hamburg (to see the miniture wunderladn(.

Split the time — one week relaxing in Nafplio, Greece (we love the idea of seafood, local charm, and a slower pace), and one week exploring a few highlights in Eastern Europe.

We’re after a good mix of culture, food, and scenic places without too much moving around.
Is two weeks enough for the full Eastern Europe itinerary, or should we trim it down?

Would combining Nafplio with a few Eastern European cities feel too rushed?

Any suggestions for must-see spots or a better itinerary balance? Also wondering best mode of travel...

Thanks so much for your help!
Anne
