I believe so, as plenty of friends go on tour together and don't wish to share a bed. But I would call the office to confirm, it could depend on the specific tour. And since a double bed is often two twins pushed together, it would be relatively easy to address the situation with hotel housekeeping if for some reason they set up the room as a close double.
