Tuscany - 3 days

We will be traveling to Monteculpiano as our base in Tuscany. We are planning Pisa, Siena, and Florence, is this too much for 3 days? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Leaving from Florence on the night train to Paris, so would end our stay in Florence.

(Montepulciano?) Okay for Siena, but seems too far for day trips to the other 2. If you could stay the final two nights in/near Florence you'd have a better chance of doing it (maybe ½ day for Pisa & 1½ for Florence).
