When they say so much per week? Is that for the whole villa or do you rent part of it for all in our party? And any suggestions on them?

Ronee, it varies; you must read the entire description and then if you have any questions, contact the representative and ask them. There are villa's that have separate apartments in them, or villas being run as B&Bs, as well as whole villa's. If in doubt, definitely ask if the entire property/villa is for rent. I rented thru a company called Parker Company Villas. You can probably google them.
