Turin vs Bologna for a day trip from Milan

I'm a 22F visiting Milan for a couple weeks. I have one more day for a day trip before I leave and I'm debating between Torino or Bologna this Sunday. I've already done/will do day trips: Verona; Bergamo; Lake Como; Pavia; Lake Garda; and will go to Venice tomorrow. So far, Bergamo has been my favorite, just a lovely upper city :) .

I'm interested in Bologna mainly because I hear it's the foodie capital of Italy :) - but I am vegetarian, and I imagine a lot of restaurants are closed during ferongosto. It also seems like a place I would have to walk outside a lot, and it's really hot in Italy right now.

I heard Turin is just a fun city to walk around in, and has a nice face culture. I'm also particularly interested in its museums (mainly the Egypt museum; possibly the cinema museum) which seems to make a lot more sense in the heat.

I guess a potential other option is Genoa, but I'm not that interested in aquariums and I hear it's a bit gritty.
