Has anyone used tripmaster.com for their travel plans? Did you have good experiences when using the hotels, planes, and trains? Thanks!

I have used them 3 times. All trips were just fine. However, you have to be aware that you can choose different flights - and you really should look at it carefully because you may see better connections (and occasionally a better price) by spending some time on it.
Same for hotels. You don’t have to take exactly what pulls up - you may find a location or room size that better suits your real needs. And that takes time as well.
However, I no longer use them - my trips booked were 2012, 2015, 2018, and 2019. Ok, 4 times. 2019 was for 2020….. They did not return my money, which is why I will never do it again. However they DID honor my purchase and I was able to travel in 2021 for the same money AND add a night. So they aren’t a scam.
What I liked: the wide array of hotels available in all the cities I went to that I would not know about: small, more economical - not American-focused. Once knowing about the hotels, it is perfectly possible to book directly. And obviously what I don’t like is not dealing with all things directly and someone having possession of my money. But for my first few trips, they were easy and delivered what they said they would.
