A few weeks ago there was a discussion on trip reports and whether there would be a special place to post them on this site. I checked the search box and Graffiti Wall but was unable to find any info. Was the issue resolved?

I think it was just someone's idea, not something that was being considered by the website. The function of the Helpline is to answer questions, so it's really not the place for trip reports. You might try contacting the webmaster to ask that question, though, through the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page.
