hi fellow travellers, i stay in italy and would like to go to a place in europe which is warmer from 25th april to 1st may as i have small kids and would not like to carry so many clothes. how is spain,greece,austria ,croatia ,prague ? from the search i could find that austria/croatia will be rainy ?
Can anyone please suggest a nice place and what all to see then. thanks

I checked out the area in which you are currently living and since I have read about the cold and snow in your area, I would suggest even going farther south in Italy? What about to Sardinia or Corsica? I haven't been to Spain, Greece or Croatia (so far) so I can't comment much on that. If you don't want to stay in Italy, Greece would be closer to Italy than Spain. YOu also don't have a lot of time to do much actually travelling. Of course, it makes a difference as to what you and your children want to see and do. Also, the ages of your children will make a big difference. Even though I don't have kids, I would suggest making it easy on yourself! Find someplace warm and enjoy!

Not many places will be really warm during that time. Your options are Africa, like the resorts in Egypt or Morrocco, or over to the Canary Islands. Canaries are huge resorts easily accessible at the time with non-stop package flights.
