We plan on visiting Europe in November and wondered which country would have the best weather.( we are considering, France, Italy,Greece, or suggestions?)

Look at the map. London, Paris, etc. are about as far north as the Canadian border. Obviously the further south the chances of better weather -- southern Spain, southern Italy.
I went to Rome in November 2005, and it was hot! Texas weather! I was there for a full week and only rained once, but I was very lucky. Normally, it rains more often in November.
We have been to the UK and Austria during late Nov/early Dec. The weather was never horrible. In fact, it was often very nice. Especially in the UK, slightly brisk mornings, cool days and cool evenings. Just pack long sleeved shirts that you can layer and take a good coat/jacket that blocks wind, is water resistant or waterproof and has a hood or take an umbrella. Also take a scarf , hat,and gloves. We enjoyed traveling in fall/winter!
You are unlikely to experience harsh weather in any of those locations in November. Although much of France lies at latitudes similar to Canada, the Gulf Stream keeps the temperature much more mild than you would expect. The only region of France that regularly experiences bitterly cold weather is the Alps.
I've been to Italy 3 times and only in November. It's wonderful then. Hotels are cheaper, fewer crowds, etc. The weather is cool in the mornings and warm in the afternoons. Look at the average temps on weather charts to get an idea of average temps and number of rain days. Remember that the temp is an average and in the winter will be warmer during the first part of the month and cooler than the average during the latter part of the month.
