Traveling with Autism to Europe/Family of 5 all over 18

I have a tentative itinerary of Munich area to Switz to Paris then flying from Paris to Rome, Then tour Rome and Pompeii Siena and back to Rome to return home. I was thinking of doing the Rick Steves tour for all of us but my "kids" are 18, 21, and 22. We move fast, see a lot and tend to get bored easily. My son with Autism also needs to stay in the same room with me. I'd like to stay several days in one place but I think we are too far apart itinerary wise. We have to see Germany, Paris, Rome Switzerland to make everyone happy.
Advice?

It would be helpful to know when and how long you will have to accomplish this.

Perhaps some posters who have taken the RS tours will give you advice. I would imagine the tours are more geared to an older crowd.

There are lots of tour groups that are geared to the age of your family.

Contiki tours would not take the adults in your group. Rick Steves tours are meant for all ages and do get family groups like yours, especially outside of the school year, and can usually arrange a triple room. You can do the regular, Family, or My Way versions. (Adults have traveled on Family tours without kids, just because they liked the itinerary.) Consider the multi-country Europe departures at https://www.ricksteves.com/tours/europe.
