Traveling new cities: Amsterdam, Prague, Porto

Main purpose of this trip is to visit one of my best friends in Villeseque, France. Starting in Amsterdam to witness original Van Gogh's. Have never been to Prague or Porto. Other recommendations: return to Florence or visit Madrid, Salamanca, Segovia

These cities are as apart as they can be in Europe. Instead of traveling by train you would have to fly everywhere.
