emerald coast and sights such as vitre and others close by, before moving on to mont st michel and normandy?

We spent two nights at Ti al Lannec near Perros. We visited the pink granite coast which we found very interesting. Try to visit Beau Fort Abbey near there--it is beautifully ruined and overgrown with climbing roses. While we stayed in Dinan, we visited St. Malo and Mont St. Michel. We found our two nights in Dinan were plenty since we visited the coast as we traveled between the two areas. St. Malo was very interesting and we felt there was more to see there than there was in Dinan. After we left Dinan, we stopped at the southwest corner of Normandy where you can take pictures of MSM across the bay, then went to Bayeux (tapestry only), Omaha Beach and the American cemetery before heading off towards Rouen. I don't know how much time you have for your vacation, but this schedule worked for us.
