Travel with C-PAP

We will be traveling to Germany, England and Ireland. My C-PAP has dual voltage; and I have all the correct adapters. However, when we travel in the States, I always pack an extension cord because it is amazing how many hotels (and even friends' homes) do not have electrical plug within reach of the bed. I cannot find any extension cords here that work for dual voltage. Can I buy one in Europe?

Certainly you can buy one in Europe and you will also find that most hotels can supply one for you.

I've never heard of a dual voltage extension cord. That's an interesting one because I travel all over with CPAP also. Fortunately I've never needed an extension cord.

We ran into the need for an extension cord for my husband's cpap last spring in Paris. With our adapter all we needed was a standard extension cord that we bought at the supermarket around the corner from our hotel. We asked at the hotel but they did not have one we could use. I wouldn't worry about trying to get one before you leave.

My husband brought an extension cord (regular one, never heard of a dual voltage one) and plugged an adapter on the end. No problems at all. We needed one as there were a few hotels that didn't have a nearby plug by the bed.
