We have reservations for 2 weeks in Spain beginning November 4th. We plan to use the AWE and visit the art galleries. Should we be overly concerned about the latest travel alert? Thanks! Claudia

Claudia, please read the responses to the Recent Threats of Terrorist Activity thread. That should give you an idea of what people are thinking. In short, most people wouldn't let a potential threat change their plans.

Claudia, the travel alert was itself non-specific, but all the news reports indicate that the perceived threat is in France, Germany, and the UK.

Thanks all. I realize the alert doesn't necessarily include Spain, but thought it best to check. Will stay tuned. Thanks again. Now, off to gather a few things for the trip.
