Hello Mimi65,
Are you looking to manage expenses? The details of your travel plans, such as hotel, transport and activities? Your documents?
I use all these apps on Android:
Expenses: HandTrip (free and paid versions)
- I track expenses for a each trip in multiple currencies and across multiple categories, including custom categories
- the free version allows you to track 3 or 4 trips; the paid version allows unlimited trips
Travel Planning: OneNote (free from Microsoft, the app, not the desktop version)
- keeps all my notes and plans in one place with snippets of articles or URLs to sites, hours and admissions, etc
- I can access it while I'm on my trip, from my phone or from a PC
QR Tickets: PassAndroid
- stores e-tickets with QR codes
I use DropBox to manage all my files so that I have access across devices.
Lots of people use TripIt. I used to use it for work. I guess I need to start using it again.
Update: and 12 minutes later, I have my May 2020 trip itinerary set up in my new TripIt account!
TripItPro is even better than TripIt. Notified us of flight cancellation before airline did at the gate area.
I use two apps. Trip Case, which is similar to Trip It, is what I use for routing, tickets, hotel and car reservations, etc. I also received flight updates automatically while using it. I use Trip Splitter Lite to record all my expenses. Easy to enter them on the go. You can then export them as a .csv file to sort them to your heart’s delight in Excel.
Tripit Pro on special $24 for the first year ... this week.
I recommend Tripit. Good app. Get it early and play with it. It takes a little learning.
