I am looking for a reasonable travel insurance policy to cover a Baltic cruise in May. My credit card company quoted a price I consider to be quite high. Any suggestions?

The rate for the policy is totally dependent on the risks you want to cover. Expect a premium around 5% of the dollar amounts you want to cover. Look at Insuremytrip.com and Squaremouth.com for a comparison of policies. AND READ the fine print very carefully at least three times. And don't go solely by price. All travel insurance is not the same.
