Thank you, what a fun game!
I have to say for me, towns in the Untied States are probably the most difficult to identify, very uniform architecture, layout, shops, restaurants, brands lol.
Thank you - that was my evening gone (quite literally, I looked up and saw I'd been "playing" for well over an hour.
Those are quite tough. Could be a good co-operative activity.
Interesting how some places seemed obvious but my picks weren’t right. And even with a correct choice, you’ve got to zoom in to hit the right location on the tiny map on an iPhone. Less than 10 miles from the exact compass point and you don’t get any confetti. One of mine was basically on the right city, but was 12 miles off from the exact spot, so my answer didn’t count! Thanks for the (addictive) game, though!
I like it!
Better with the sound off, as less distraction when you are zooming in.
😳I’m embarrassed.......
If it is any balm to the mortification, Canada is just as hard. Unless you find a signbyou recognize there is a lot of walking on 'any towns sidewalks....and a hint, many are Vancouver.
I did better with Monuments.
My husband is very very good at this game. We played the world category. It did get my brain dopamine going especially since twice I recognized places where I have actually walked!! The first one was in Stockholm and the second one was in Derry, North Ireland.
Very fun!
The Monuments category is a good introduction.
I tried the England category and the first one shown looked familiar. I thought, I've been there. It was Chester. (And I remembered the Boots pharmacy in the video becaue of its distinctive exterior.)
Thanks for sharing the game. It is fun, but challenging.

This was a really fun game to play and quite addicting. Thanks for sharing!
Glad to bring a small joy to folks, as a mini diversion. TimW, yes, I did same, looked up and an hour zipped past.
Another time waster but been fulfilling my non-travel grieving is YouTube’s variety of walking tours.
Stay safe folks.

Thanks for the link. I was playing, alot, now i have my husband playing with me.
WONDERFUL!
Thanks
This is great! And, at last, a "practical" use for my hobby of "collecting" state license plates I see as I drive around the country.
What a shame I didn't know about this a year ago. The Covid exile would have flown by! ;-)
My husband and I are playing this a little bit almost every day.
In addition to the places I recognized that I mentioned above, I also saw a street in Vancouver and a London Drugs store that I had been in.
Every time there is a street that I have walked on before I get a travel related dopamine surge.
