I recently saw a post asking for info on how to get to the train station in Venice to the Chioggia Cruise port to connect with our Viking Cruise. I did not see the answer, but my husband and I are trying to do the same thing. Does anyone have any advice?

There is bus service from Piazzale Roma that drops you not too far from the Cruise Port. There are also some vaporettos from S.M.E on Lido, but the vaporetto dock in Chioggia is across a canal from the Cruise Port with no nearby bridge.

does azamara have a shuttle from venice "piazzale roma at train station) to ship? make sure where your cruise is located, may have to walk some or catch a $$$ taxi for short ride to terminal platform.
it's your decision, spend money for a taxi without stress or bus with stops and about an hour+ to get there, know anyone to share cost of taxi. enjoy your holiday & have fun.
