We are traveling to Rome, via Paris, for a 13 day cruise. We will fly into CDG on an international flight on Air France from NY, and then fly from CDG to FCO 4 days later on Alitalia.
I am a little concerned about our baggage on Alitalia for the interEU flight. I am hoping that they do not have the same type of baggage restrictions as Ryanair or Vuelig. We will each have one large case which we will check, and 1 21" roll aboard, which is OK for Carriers in the US. Does anyone here have any experience with Alitalia in Europe.

We used them in 08 to fly fr London to Rome, hubby and I only use carry-on, but we also had a computer bag (and I a large purse/sling bag)...didn't have to check anything or pay extra, but things may have changed in the last few years...have you checked the baggage allowance on the website?
