Me and my husband were planning to visit italy. I had applied for tourist visa and received one valid from Aug 20th to Sep 3rd. Now my travel dates have changed. I am planning to visit Italy from Sept 8 the to October 6th. What is the process to get the dates changed on the visa. Do I need to reapply and submit the whole application packet with new reservation details? Will re-applying for visa create a problem with getting the visa? Thanks a lot for your help!

Although the consulates are happy to sell them, to the best of my knowledge Americans don't need visas for trips of that length. Schengen info will list other countries - I don't know if they need visas.

I am an Indian citizen living in Seattle. For Indian citizen a visa is required even for tourism.

You really need to direct this question to the Italian embassy/consulate. None of us here are experts on Italian travel visas.
