Travel Brush

Okay, all you high-maintenance women (lol). I am trying to find a decent travel brush. I looked at Sally Beauty Supply and other places, but all I could find were little cheap brushes with plastic bristles. Any ideas where I could find something higher quality? Thanks.

Kelly, I'm neither a woman nor am I any hight-maintenance, but I also hate those small plastic sticks with plastic bristles that might even hurt my gingival. When I travel I use those plastic clip on covers with my regular brand and model of brush.

Well I wouldn't call myself high-maintenance :p but I do have trouble (thick, frizzy, and curly) hair and need a decent hairbrush to look at all presentable to other humans, so I feel your pain. I have a very lightweight but full-size (would easily fit inside a shoe, I imagine, though I haven't tried) brush I got for about 3.99 at Target. I believe it's Conair brand, it can't weigh more than a couple ounces because it's got a hollow um.... whatever the thing the bristles are attached to are called HAHA (it's made for blow-drying, if that helps you look). If I tried to brush my hair with one of those foldable travel thingies, I'd be wearing it forever (or til i cut it out, yikes). This has plastic bristles but is a real brush and is sturdy enough for daily use, and wasn't designed for travel, per se. I don't know if this helps but that's the brush I take when I go anywhere!
