Travel Between Tours

We would like to combine the Eastern Europe tour with the Italian Village tour. Any suggestions on how to travel from Lake Bled to Padua?
Thanks

It seems that the train is your fastest option, though there may be a bus leg on the "train" trip. You can see your railroad choices on the Deutsche Bahn website. It looks as if the trip will take 6 to 6-1/2 hours with changes in Villach, Austria, and Venice-Mestre (this stop comes before Venice proper). Note that some itineraries take a different route, crossing the border between Nova Gorica, Slovenia, and Gorizia, Italy. They aren't much longer, time-wise, but appear to require a short taxi ride between the two train stations.

I note that the Eastern Europe Tour finishes on a Saturday and the Villages of Italy Tour starts on a Monday. The train connections listed below are currently offered on a Sunday.
