Is the scenery nice on a train from Amsterdam to Munich. I can fly but prefer train travel.

The view out the window is generally of flat green fields and agricultural features, punctuated with some hills, and it goes on for hours and hours. No way would I consider it a pleasurable ride. I'd be looking for cheap airfare.

For business I'd always fly, as it's a short hop. If I could stop along the way I'd drive or take the train.
