I purchased tickets on this site in January and got confirmations. I went to both the SNCF and OUIGO site to look at my reservations and neither site has record of my purchases. Plus, I am told that you don't receive the tickets until 4 days before the train travel. Should I be concerned that after now arriving in Europe, I may not receive the tickets 4 days in advance of the train travel or are the websites not kept-up-to-date? Any help would be appreciated.

I have taken Ouigo three times and got the tickets sent to my email when they said they would be sent.
As long as you got the reservation confirmation that comes in your email when you booked in January I would not worry until after the time has passed when Ouigo said your tickets would be delivered to your email.
You should have received your tickets straightaway. Which site did you use to book your tickets?
Thank you both. I used SNCF Connect. They said I would receive them 4 days in advance in my e-mail, but without seeing my reservation on their site, I am concerned they won't arrive. I usually receive them right away. But based on a reply, seems like I should be okay. Thanks for your help!
Are you sure it's OUIGO and not INOUI? SNCF sells both.
