My wife and I will be leaving Berlin on Oct 30th and need to be in Milan on Nov 13th. Would like to visit Prague,Vienna,Salzburg and then somehow incorporate the Bernina Express and end up in Milan. Doable? Suggestions please.

Yes, that's doable in two weeks. The Bernina train runs from Chur to Tirano, then you have the option to continue south by Italian train or connect to Lugano by Swiss bus. For most train schedules, we use the DB link at How to Look Up Train Schedules and Routes Online. However, that doesn't reflect the connection option from Tirano, along Lake Como (including Varenna), and ending at Milan; for this train see www.sbb.ch or www.trenitalia.com.
