Train snafus at the last minute

We're traveling from Frankfort to Strasbourg tomorrow and I can't see my train on the schedule. I'm freaking out a little. It's tgv 9580 sep 26. I see something about track closures but I don't know if that applies to me. Can anybody help?

Yes, we communicated before, the main line track between Rastatt and Baden-Baden is shut down due to a construction snafu. That is the track that the TGV uses between Frankfurt and Strasbourg.

From DB website: https://www.bahn.com/en/view/home/help/line-closure-raststatt.shtml

Germany - France
We recommend the following connections for TGV/ICE connections between Germany and France:
Line 82 Frankfurt (Main) - Saarbrücken/Strasbourg - Paris:
We recommend trains via Saarbrücken for passengers travelling from Frankfurt am Main to Paris. These trains also stop in Mannheim. Scheduled stops in Strasbourg and Karlsruhe are cancelled.

There is a shuttle bus that goes round the section of track that has fallen into a hole in the ground. It takes about a hour longer.
I suggest you go to Frankfurt station, find the information desk and show them your tickets. They will direct you to alternative trains. It will involve a number of transfers and a section on a bus.

Get there early. The 14:05 departure is completely booked. 12:05 and 12:50 departures are still available.

You will have to fill out the form to get your money back from DB, then go out to the airport and pay 49 EUR for the bus ticket.

Thank you all. Wifi at our place in Bacharach was spotty at best. Your info helped a lot! Thanks again, Sam!
