Due to shipping issues in Kuwait (things being stolen or not arriving in time or at all) I did not order a railpass. Is it possible to pick up a railpass in Germany? Are there offices that sell railpasses with deals similar to Rail Europe or Rick Steves? If not how much do I stand to lose if I need to buy point to point tickets all over Germany/Austria/Switzerland?

You can have certain passes mailed to an address in Europe, but there is a sizeable fee and the pass itself will cost about 20% more. See here.
You can buy Swiss passes in Switzerland. See here.
Point-to-point tickets are often CHEAPER than a pass (Switzerland is an exception), especially if you can commit well in advance to traveling at specific dates and times to take advantage of discount fares booked on the various countries' national rail sites.
