Towns & Villages near Moscow Travel Meeting - April 12th

Because the third Saturday in April is Easter weekend, we have decided to have our meeting this month on the 12 April. We'll be meeting as usual at 10:30 in the back room of One World Cafe, 533 South Main Street, Moscow, Idaho.

If you like to talk about travel or if you have questions about travel, we probably have a suggestion or two for you that worked well for some of us.

Who will be there?

Count me in! Excited to talk about everyone's upcoming trips and recent trips! Yerevan, Ireland, Wales, Paris and yes, someone has traveled to the ever-exotic Nebraska.

If any of the Sacramento folks want to drop by they can since we are on a different week this time.

I wish I could make it! Unfortunately I have a wedding to attend on the 11th and then I have to hightail it to the Bay Area for the weekend to help a family member move. Drat!

Well Andrea.......I guess we will just have to wait to meet in Paris, lol!

I can't wait for that Pam! I got my Eurostar tickets the other day and have given Darcy our arrival information.

Andrea, fantastic that you already have your EuroStar tickets! I bet you got a good deal by purchasing them as soon as they became available. I have already noted the date and time of your arrival so Pam and I can be standing there impatiently waiting your arrival! It will be great to meet up with you in our favorite city in the world.

I'm disappointed that you can't make our April meeting Andrea & Jim, after all it's only a short 2-day drive from Sacramento!
Pam, I've received yeses from Monte & Sharon, and Cary and of course Doug & I will be there. Today at our Auxiliary Board meeting I'll ask Mary if she'll give an Ireland trip report.

Oh, would love to have an Ireland report. Did she do a Rick tour?

Darcy, I guess Andrea would rather fly and Eurostar thousands of miles to see us, lol.

Mary is coming and she'll give an Ireland report. No, she didn't get to do a Rick Tour because the 2-week trip was planned by a family member. I can't remember how many of them went but think it was 8 or 10 of them.

You'd think Andrea would realize that getting to Idaho would be easier than flying and taking the Eurostar just to meet up with us although I am hoping to get to the Sacramento meeting in June since Eileen won't be able to meet up with us for lunch.

Darcy, we will be meeting on June 21st and I will be saving a seat for you! Will Doug be coming too?

It's not that I would rather fly to Europe and then take the Eurostar to meet up with you and Pam, it's just working out that way!! And I guess I will admit that it will be nicer to be in Paris than to be in Sacramento or Moscow.

I agree, Andrea! It will definitely be more fun to meet in Paris!
Yes, Doug will be coming to the Sacramento Travel meeting, so please save him a seat too.

Yikes, the Moscow June meeting will be pretty lean then....most of the Troy contingent will be on our Ireland trip, or actually on that very day will be in Belgium, which isn't particularly close to Ireland but closer than Moscow is to Ireland.

Andrea, I'm pretty sure there is no comparison between Moscow and Paris.

Moscow is delightful but no comparison to Paris! (Sorry Moscow.)

It was fun. I tried the new scarf knot when I got home and I think I've got it!
