Tours of Sistine Chapel, Borghese Gallery and Colosseum

I will be traveling to Rome this summer with my family - 3 teenagers. I am having trouble deciding if the Roma Pass is worth it or I should just walk and buy individual tickets on-line for each attraction. Also, I am confused about the Sistine Chapel tours - one of my children is a college student, can I buy her ticket on line ahead of time.

See my previous response to your Roma Pass question...As far as the Vatican, it IS one of the few places that Non-EU citizens can get student discounts - but you currently cannot buy these "discounted" tickets online. The regular price tickets are €14 and the student tickets are €8 - quite a savings.

No, the best way to get your discount is to go inside the Museum, go upstairs to the ticket office with teenagers-in-tow, and walk up to the window and say I want one adult --- and then point at the three teens --- and also three student tickets! That usually works well for me,

As the Vatican is a different country, they do not follow the EU only example that you'll see in most of Italy for museums, sites, etc. But as of yet, you cannot get these discounts ahead of time online.
