The one highlighted above certainly has some interesting terms and conditions. For non-Brits, you may not notice that the bank which they use to hold and disperse the funds hasn't existed for several years. The name changed from what is in the website when it was ordered to break up. Your lawyer might want to look at how balanced the contract is.
