We are traveling to London, Paris and Rome end of this month. I have a mature 12 yo and a 15 yo daughters w me. What suggestions do you all have for places to visit at each of the cities? We are in each city about 2 full days. Additionally, they are huge Disney fans and are very insistent that they want to visit Disneyland Paris. (They hope to visit all of the Disney's on all continents someday with me - would love to be able to do that with them!) I dont hear much about the Paris Disney...has anyone gone? Is it the "usual" disney fare? Open to suggestions! The company we are with is Grand European Travel and they offer tours with "insight vacations" locally in the various cities. Thanks so much!
The underground Rome activities can be good for young people... The experience of seeing layers of history/discovery. The church of San Clemente offers a 12th C basilica, on top of a 4th C basilica, on top of imperial-age buildings and a Mithric cult center.
Ostia Antica also offers great options for exploring. I think it's best experienced w a guide to bring it to life, although RS recommends doing it on your own and has a route in the guidebook. (I got lost on his route, but can be directionally challenged.)
On another note, it seems you are covering a lot of territory in a limited amount of time. I would suggest doing just one or two cities in the time you have.
My inference is that few of the people on this board have visited Paris Disneyland. So, for more information on that, I'd look at the Paris Disneyland sections of the Disney info websites, like:

Disneyland Paris is modeled after Disneyland California, so it will feel very familiar, but in my opinion Space Mountain Paris was harder on the stomach. With only two days in Paris, however, there is so much else to see that I don't think Disney should make the cut. For instance, the stained glass windows at Ste. Chapelle make you feel like you're inside a jewel box. You could similarly immerse yourself in Monet's huge water lily paintings at the Orangerie. And take an evening canal boat ride to enjoy monuments lit up. Is sightseeing included with your package?
Thanks all for suggestions!- we r on our way as of today! We have a tour group that has a great deal of free time and options for various excursions if we so choose. I've convinced the kids that Disney is not worth the time for our limited time in Paris. Yay! Thanks also for the good suggestions in London as I did hear from many that the food is not that good.
