I am interested in visiting the Tito Mausoleum in Belgrade in Sept. 2025. Does anyone have information on tickets? Specifically, does one buy them at the site or online prior to visit? What form of payment is accepted? Also, what is the best way to get there? Taxi or public transport? Thank you.

I keep the CityMapper app on my phone so I can find public-transit options in at least some of the cities I travel to. It covers Belgrade.
I took a bus out to the mausoleum. I see there are several possibilities from Trg Republike, but CityMapper will tell you how to get there from any point of origin in the city. From Trg Republike it might take about 30 minutes. At the time of my trip (summer 2024) you couldn't just pay on the bus, and finding a place to buy a ticket or a pass wasn't easy, at least for me. You might ask your hotel about that. In the end, I found a kiosk near Trg Republike. I'm sorry I don't remember what it was called.
A taxi would be faster, and I imagine it wouldn't be terribly costly. However, I almost never use taxis, including in Belgrade, so I cannot tell you whether you need to be a bit concerned about scamming taxi drivers.
There was no need to buy a ticket for museum ahead of time; I bought mine on site. I don't remember whether I was able to use a credit card or needed cash.
