I'm looking at buying skip the line tickets for 2 attractions in Paris. I've already looked at the site's for both and know I can buy directly from them, but they are not skip the line or non-queuing tickets. I don't want to waste time in a long line. Has anyone used this website before? The combo ticket for what I want is very reasonable, but non-refundable and I've never heard of this site before. Any one?

No one can legitimately sell a "skip the line ticket." An advance purchase ticket (no matter what website it is) ONLY let's you skip the line at the ticket purchase window at the site. And it may get you into a separate (sometimes shorter) line at the entrance. No one skips the security line.

There's no savings - the ticket prices shown in US$ are the same as in € after the exchange rate is applied.
If you price out a museum pass, it may well be a better deal. But again, all you'll skip is the ticket purchase line.
