Travelers searching for special offers in South Europe may find some in the next days weeks if you contact hotels from FTI offering / catalogue directly. Some of already booked-out capacities will be a no-show.
Background (source): Europe's third largest travel provider FTI has filed for insolvency. FTI Touristik GmbH, the parent company of the FTI Group, today filed an application with the Munich Local Court to open insolvency proceedings. This was announced by the company.
It is expected that it will no longer be possible to operate tours that have not yet begun, or only partially, from tomorrow, Tuesday (June 4).
