Is all the UK in the same time zone, Scotland, Great Britain, all the airports? I know most of the rest of Europe is one hour ahead. This is for travel in the summer. Don't want to have any surprises.

Yes, all of the UK and Ireland (except overseas territories like the Falkland Islands, of course!) are within the same time zone. Portugal is BTW in the same time zone as the UK, whereas most of continental Europe is one hour ahead.
