Tickets to Football Matches

My husband and I are travelling In Eurpope this fall. We are interested to going to a football match. Any advice on how to get tickets? The games we are interested in are either the Barcelona at home game on October 6th, the
Tottnom v Chelsea game on Sept 28th or the Bayern Munich game on Sept 28. We would really appreciate any advice we can get. We are willing to set our itenerary around being able to get tickets to a game. Thanks!

Thank you all for the advice! We bought tickets to the Barcelona game. We are so excited. It would be amazing to get a tour of the stadium. How do we book that?
Thanks again!

Congrats! The tour of Nou Camp is self-guided. You start out in the massive trophy room, and then there is a large sprawling museum explaining Barca's history, it's involvement in the Catalan movement, players, charitable activity, other teams they operate, outside to the stands, down to the locker rooms, and then it all finishes in the world's largest Nike store. When I visited the city last year, it was one of the highlights of my visit. http://www.fcbarcelona.com/camp-nou/museum

Rather unlikely that there would be any general sale for the Spurs game you mention. Stubhub is the official licensed secondary re-seller of Spurs tickets. Other resellers will be operating illegally, so your risk.

You can purchase tickets right now for the Barcelona match via their site: http://www.fcbarcelona.com/info-tickets/next-matches-football But be aware that the Oct 6 date isn't a lock, they may move the match to the 5th as it gets closer to game day. If you want to wait you shouldn't have a problem securing tickets a day before the match at the stadium box office. The team museum/tour at the stadium is a must-see sight for any soccer fan!

Thomas Cook does packages with tickets and hotel. The markup is huge but at least you know you have a real ticket and can plan accordingly. http://www.thomascooksport.com/Football/Premier-League/Tottenham-Hotspur Is there a Spurs Fan Club in your area? Depending on a club's affiliation they may be able to get tickets. Alternatively, if you join and meet people inevitably you'll meet ex-pats with connections.
