Hi! I was just wandering, do you buy tickets for main attractions online? I mean attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Tower of London, the London Eye, etc, which get very busy specially during summer. If you do, how much time in advance do you buy them? Thanks!
For our trip that began Mid-August, I booked an Eiffel tower ticket weeks in advance because I wanted to be on exactly during dusk. But, that could have been a mistake if the weather had been bad. My advice is to book tickets a few days in advance when you think you need to book in advance at all. In some cases, the major advantage to reserving a ticket is simply skipping the line. In that case, you can book the ticket same-day, just from your computer, and save yourself considerable time standing in a line that day.
